Meet Lorraine

Based in Redondo Beach, California, Lorraine Bird is a licensed REALTOR™ who faithfully caters to buyers, seller, and investors with unique real estate needs. To become the professional she is today, she attended Pepperdine University, graduating with a bachelor degree. Lorraine also became a certified residential specialist (CRS), relocation professional (CRP), broker associate, and probate and property specialist, distressed properties expert (CDPE). She works as a short sale and foreclosure specialist and accredited buyer's representative (ABR™) as well.

Having been a resident of the South Bay Area for more than 40 years, she knows the region well, and uses this knowledge to assist clients in their property searches. She specializes in pre-existing, newly constructed, and luxury homes, commercial properties, as well as property management, and vacation rentals.

Before getting into the real estate business, Lorraine worked at North American Aviation for 17 years. While there, she assisted with the Rockwell International Apollo project. She also helped with the Saturn and B-1 program. Additionally, Lorraine worked as a subcontracts administrator.
